Blackbird has developed a system - Factbird - to help Production Companies by providing online process data on the platform Blackbird.online. For further information, see User Guide
.Customers access to Blackbird.online and Factbird / Factbird View
By purchasing Factbird / Factbird View subscription on our web shop, Customer gets access to Blackbird.online for a period of minimum 3 months.
Customer will receive Factbird / Factbird View hardware (with sensors and cameras depending on your order). Shipping to Customer is free of charge. We try to ensure that all orders are sent out within 48 hours in normal working days in Denmark.
The rate for access to Blackbird.Online is from 300 EUR per month (it varies depending on the quantity and options) and to be paid in advance at the beginning of Customer's monthly billing cycle. VAT will be added if required.
First monthly subscription rate will be charged to Customer's card on the day of dispatching goods.
Customer agrees to follow instructions in User Guide
Blackbird will provide telephone support (including support for installation) from Monday to Friday between 9.00 and 16.30 (Danish time) on the following numbers:

Customer can terminate the subscription with one-month notice to the end of the monthly billing cycle. Customer is obliged to return Factbird / Factbird View hardware to Blackbird ApS at Customers cost.Intellectual property
All rights to the Factbird system/software developed by Blackbird to support the system remains the sole property of Blackbird.Disclaimer
Your use of Factbird and/or Blackbird.online will be entirely on Customers own risk. Customer waives all rights to make any claims against Blackbird arising out of Customers use of Factbird and/or Blackbird.online.Governing Law and Venue
Every dispute arising out of this Agreement will be settled by Danish Law.
The parties agree that the Venue will be The Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen (Sø- og Handelsretten i København).
